Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistance to elderly patients by attending to their basic needs, such as (but not limited to) showering, bathing, dressing and eating
- Help with mobility inside the home, and outside (doctor s visits, walks, etc.)
- Plan and prepare meals
- Help with physical therapy exercises
- Complete client s shopping needs or accompany them to successfully do so
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency, and always report any unusual incidents

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a DOJ/ FBI background check
- At least 2 years of experience preferred
- Experience working with Dementia, Alzheimer, Parkinson s, Hoarding, Cancer patients, mobility issues are a plus
- Home Care Aide Registration ID #
- Over 18 years of age
- Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.A.
- Current TB test (less than a year old)
- Up-to-date CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Comfortable working in a one-on-one setting
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation every single day
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Supportive and compassionate demeanor
- Take pride in providing high quality care
- Bilingual Russian, Hebrew, and Spanish is a plus but not required
- Committed to working and being punctual to your shifts
- A good understanding of ADLs
