Our client, a top consumer electronics company, is looking for a Web Content Coordinator to join their Marketing Strategy.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Experience in website usability testing and guiding the development of engaging, useful web experiences through rich user insights.
– Candidates should be natural leaders with a deep background in understanding end users’ needs and usability testing for digital experiences.
– You will develop and manage a research program leveraging moderated and unmoderated online studies for brands’ websites.
– Responsible for the design and delivery of highly impactful & robust research practices and the generation of insights which guide the creation and optimization of highly compelling, useful, and engaging web experiences.
– This role sits within the Marketing Strategy & Analytics team and collaborates with peers to inform overall site development and optimization, establish best practices, develop operational processes, and helps to advocate for users’ needs across the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the UX research program bringing a user-centered design approach to the strategy and design of new experiences
- Collaborate with designers, web development and business groups to identify research roadmap activities to support product and site experience releases and future concepts for exploration
- Plan and conduct research using online platform, User Zoom, including: project scoping, developing test flow, moderation (as required), data analysis, reporting, and team communication
- Provide insights and recommendations to web design team to improve experiences at all stages of design process including early wireframe, prototype, and live websites
- Serve as the voice of the user, advocating for their needs and expectations to the wider team
- Conduct feature prioritization and benchmarking studies to identify user needs
- Determine appropriate testing platforms, tools and methodologies for remote and in-person studies.
