Key responsibilities
- Recruit and lead a team of gaming and lifestyle Talent Managers.
- Oversee network of top-level digital talent recruitment
- Run lead for talent driven sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales for curation of branded opportunities.
- Oversee channel optimization and cultivation with partners.
- Define and innovate processes for talent involvement in programming.
- Drive the commercial strategy and process for the division.
- Built the process for the talent network to work with commercial, programming and distribution division at scale
- Partner with leadership to develop and build processes for talent and network onboarding, audience strategy, training and managing the talent re-sign pipeline.
- Serve as the strategic lead and bridge between the network and original programming teams.
- Own the network casting function for programming.
Experience
- 6-10 years in Talent Agency/Management or MCN
- Management of digital talent (Creators, YouTubers, Streamers and Influencers)
- Successful people/Agent manager
- Experience and/or passion for gaming
- Passionate about building a company from ground up
- Demonstrated successful career building/managing talent
- Entrepreneurial mindset
