You’ll also become the 5th member of our company executive team, and have a large hand in the overall trajectory of our agency.

We’re looking to further evolve and codify our strategic approach, as we help our clients disrupt and connect more deeply into culture.
You’ll be reporting into our CEO & Co-Founder, Evan Horowitz, a leader who’s committed to mentorship and personal growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Team Leadership. Support and direct our strategy department.
Guide the team to deliver outstanding work for clients and internal customers
Mentor the team and facilitate their professional development
Strategize for team growth and oversee hiring as we scale
Thought Leadership. Movers+Shakers has rapidly built a brand based on thought leadership.
You will help extend our thinking to maintain and increase our industry profile, attract the best clients and talent, and deliver exceptional campaign results.
Staying on the leading edge of trends in social media & brand marketing
Tuned into culture and the zeitgeist
Develop new campaign strategies and approaches
Assist in developing blogs, white papers, and industry insight reports
Agency Leadership. Refine and expand the role of the strategy function, and improve processes for seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Help grow and refine the best role for strategy in our disruptive agency model
Establish lanes and processes among strategy, creative, account, and other internal teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 15 years of marketing strategy, in creative agencies and/or in large consumer brands
Extensive experience in social-first campaigns
Extensive experience in disruptive thinking, platform innovation, and non-traditional campaigns
Experienced managing social media channels
Deep fascination with TikTok
Fluency with data and analytics
Passion for delighting clients and going above & beyond
Independent, entrepreneurial leader who thrives with little structure
