VP Store Operations West Coast

The Vice President of Operations is the Brand Ambassador in the Region. This position is responsible for building teams, locals, and the business in their geographic area. The Vice President leads with hospitality through a health & safety and service-focused leadership team. The VP of Operations continually coaches to develop and build a high-performing team.

With responsibility for the P&L of the overall region and successful new store openings in existing and new markets, the Vice President will motivate & lead in order to drive top line sales and execute effective cost controls through labor & COGs optimization. Reflecting the company values, the VP will drive business performance through achievement of each concept’s (Day Cafes & Coffee Shops) key success factors and increase operational efficiency. This role will communicate business needs and develop relationships with Company headquarter support team, landlords & vendors to influence, identify needs & achieve business results.

They play an integral role in ensuring two-way communication to and from the teams, ensuring the values of the organization are embraced and demonstrated daily. The Vice President will lead leaders but, like all positions at Company, is hands-on and will be seen in-store, developing managers & staff, coaching & working alongside the teams, and developing relationships with guests & local businesses alongside their field leadership.
