Remarks:
The VP of Global RevOps will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, while leading a team of highly skilled sales and marketing operations Managers.
You will be responsible for scaling Company’s revenue generating programs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build on top of an already strong foundation.
What you’ll do:
· In close collaboration with Company’s go-to-market teams, you will apply systems and processes to scale revenue, sales, and marketing operations
· Partner with marketing, sales, CS, and finance to execute bi-annual planning cycles and budgets
· Establish and maintain systems that enable marketing and revenue generating teams to track KPIs and trends
· Direct the teams that own the technical administration and maintenance of marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM (SFDC) tools
· Provide strategic leadership to the teams that analyze funnel performance, opportunities, pipelines, and sales cycles
· Leveraging data, identify gaps in our current systems and recommend improvements to drive revenue growth, promote scalability, and ensure operational efficiency
· Provide detailed reporting, forecasts, actionable insights, and presentations to C-suites and the Board
· Hire, train, and manage a growing team of RevOps professionals, including Salesforce and Pardot Admins
What you’ve done:
· You’ve helped a B2B SaaS organization scale from ~$10m to ~$100m
· 5+ years of global revenue (or sales) operations leadership experience
· Proven experience with both SMB and Enterprise selling functions
· Experience working alongside customer-facing teams to enable expansion strategies
· In-depth understanding of compensation strategies and how to align to GTM planning
· A leader who can nurture the careers of our talented revenue operations team
· Proficiency with a modern CPQ system is highly preferred
· Expert level understanding of marketing and sales tech stacks (Salesforce & Pardot experience required; SalesLoft experience preferred)
