Purpose of Job
The VP of eCommerce, Seasonal Goods reports directly to the COO and currently has no direct reports, however, they will build their own team.
This individual will have full autonomy over this new division.
This individual will ensure that the Seasonal Goods categories/products have a multi -channel sales and marketing approach providing the Newegg customer with an integrated customer experience.
The Vice President will be committed to managing all multi-channel avenues, guaranteeing a customer-centric approach by enhancing the customer shopping experience by making the experience.
Job Description
Build/grow a team within the vertical/division Bring in a seller portfolio Manage P&L Initiate and maintain a consistent and constant audit of products ensuring images, pricing, descriptions, and product information is current and at maximum exposure.
Create a marketing/sales strategy Develop, identify, and maintain tools and technology designed to increase online sales, social media development, and awareness with digital trends, including transition with applicable products to retail.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferred Strong knowledge of Seasonal Goods and their pricing/nuances Strong organizational/communication skills, team oriented, embraces problem solving Proven experience with digital SEO Process, Google SEO Guidelines, KPIs with Mass Accounts Proven experience with digital media influencing and social media marketing Experience in the Seasonal Goods resell industry is a MUST.
Extension network/relationships with market sellers.
Ability to work onsite 5 days/week Extension knowledge/experience in e-commerce
