VP of Credential Operations ($165K – $190K)Truverify is a fast-growing job portal which provides professionals across industries an ideal platform to store, showcase and share over 17,000 digital credentials. Truverify connects employers, credential issuers and professionals to create unique value for all.TruVerify is seeking a head of credential operations to streamline systems and staff. This position will oversee a team of dedicated taxonomists who are creating credentials in collaboration with credential issuers, college and universities and training facilities.The ideal candidate will have:- 4+ years of direct digital credential / digital badge experience with a credential aggregator, credential issuer or institution of higher education.- 4+ year experience working at or with associations and societies who issue professional credentials.- 4+ year direct experience building and managing enterprise level software applications which store, syndicate, and manage clients, credential, and user data.- 4+ year experience in the operations behind issuing certifications, licenses, and degrees to earners.- Experience and understanding of Learning Management systems (LMS).- A deep understanding of the credential and higher education marketplace.We offer a competitive salary in the $165K – $190K range depending on experience, stock options, 401K, full benefits, health, vision, dental, 401K.
