What you’ll do
We’re looking to hire a passionate, creative, numbers-driven marketing polymath to lead the marketing function at the company.
This is a uniquely challenging role running marketing across a portfolio of digital products each with distinct audiences and funnel characteristics. You’ll work on a bottoms-up SaaS platform targeting small businesses and creators, a free consumer browser tool with broad market appeal, and a gamification-driven UGC reviews community. You’ll develop an understanding of the market dynamics of each, formulate growth hypotheses, run experiments, then scale program budgets and optimize.
You’ll report to the CEO and work closely with our heads of product, business and engineering to set our growth priorities and execute growth programs, building and leading a high performance marketing team along the way.

About you
Track record of delivering user and revenue growth. Demonstrated ability to define marketing projects tied to business objectives, especially in diverse contexts spanning B2C and B2B.
Fluency across marketing domains including SEO, virality, paid, affiliate / influencer, data analytics and front-end / design. Particular strengths in SEO, content marketing and community are a plus. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, referral programs and influencer incentive models also desired.
Demonstrated leadership traits and management acumen. Strong ability to define OKRs that clarify and articulate against complex project goals enabling teams to deliver desired business results.
Creative problem solver with an innovator’s mindset. We’re not running cookie cutter marketing programs, many strategies we’re running are novel and we’re innovating as we go. We’re looking for an original thinker who can break down complex problems, ideate and craft practical solutions and execute effectively and efficiently against those.
