Remarks:

The VP of Growth’s objective is to win clients for the new Entertainment On Demand Service, providing local and global data to US based Entertainment companies. Cultivate a wide network of contacts across the Entertainment industry and effectively position and sell this newly launched service. Develop a commercial plan and successfully execute the plan, to achieve ambitious growth targets. Working with the global team on product development and client needs to enable the correct evolution of the service design for client success.

Role Requirements:

  • Plan and design commercial approach across relevant client sectors
  • Working closely with client service team to build insights to approach prospects with
  • Daily prospecting both face to face and telephone
  • Annual revenue budget planning with global head
  • Ownership and delivery of the incremental revenue budget
  • Onboarding service teams into new clients to ensure smooth transition of relationship to account management
  • Developing our offer to ensure maximum impact and competitive advantage
  • Working with the Operational lead to improve our collection techniques and data quality
  • Sell and ensure highest quality delivery of multi-country projects
  • High impact and compelling Thought Leadership to engage senior prospects
  • Drive sales for further profitable country expansions
  • Maximise commercial opportunities through partnerships with GADs and wider Company
  • Work with and maximise regional sales by effective communication with your regional counterparts
  • Be involved in the delivery of marketing materials and PR to support this service

Personal Profile

  • A proven sales record in high-ticket research solutions
  • A strong networker with a wide range of existing contacts in the entertainment sector
  • Success in building close relationships with senior client contacts
  • A proven “closer” of deals
  • An understanding of how panels can be positioned most effectively with different sets of prospects and contacts
  • Knowledge of Worldpanel operations processes.
  • Experience (or knowledge) of large syndicated panel offers and datasets
  • Global commercial experience with clients
  • Demonstrates a global perspective, collaborates effectively and values differences
