Apply now to connect with a recruiter about this influential role at EPAM.Req. # 371495780Responsibilities* Lead strategic engagements, doing billable client work that involves planning, selecting, and delivering solutions for our clients* Manage and oversee large complex transformational programs* Identify and drive business development activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals/SOWs, and establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close new deals* Align with EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop and support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction* Work with our national business consulting team to devise differentiated strategic and technology solutions to help clients solve industry challenges* Stay abreast of current and emerging business and technology challenges, as well as the nuanced differences in markets, business models and geographies in which our clients operate* Contribute to thought leadership, such as presentations and white papers, to strengthen industry expertise and marketing effortsRequirements* 6+ years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment. A blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable.
