Role: This role requires working with at risk youth, to help them prepare and gain the skills for work and in their careers.
It is a paid role, that is mostly virtual, but will require some on-site visits.
Must be in the LA area.
Skills: * Experience working with youth* Tech savvy* Research efficient* Critical thinker* Show patience and understanding* Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses and work with them* Ability to find solutions, and to think outside of the box when necessary Requirements: * Must have experience in counseling and career development.* Must be able to work with youth of diverse cultural, educational, social, and economic backgrounds.* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills* Be empathetic and have a team approach to care* Dependable, people oriented and achievement focused* Must pass a background check* Must wear a mask when on-site Qualifications: * Masters?
