TranMazon an Amazon Delivery Partner are looking for a service-minded freight broker to educate customers on our Transportation Management System (TMS) that are designed to ensure our customers are getting the best from the best carriers.
The freight broker will secure new accounts by giving customers access to our free Transportation Management System and set up customers with our Ship Now Pay Later Program.
To ensure success in this position you need to be able to learn and earn at the same time and be effective in attracting new customers and ensuring customer retention.
Top applicants are customer-oriented and have the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Virtual Freight Broker Responsibilities:
Attract, manage new prospects and develop a customer pipeline.
Providing customers with free access to our shipping system.
Train customers on how to properly use our TMS.
Assist and set customers up with Ship Now Pay Later.
Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in transportation marketplace.
Virtual Freight Broker Requirements:
Trainable and Coachable.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Outstanding people skills.
