We are Accenture, a global professional services company, searching for an experienced Higher Education Workday professional to join us as a Workday Integrations Lead supporting major client implementations, continuous innovation and optimization services to join our experienced Higher Education Team.
This individual will be part of a team of professionals focused on cloud-based implementations and optimization services that support the essential functions of the Workday HCM/Payroll/Financials & Student platform for faculty, administrators, and students. For many of our higher education clients, successfully moving their operations into cloud environments is a major focus along with the continual uptake of new functionality. Helping institutions take best advantage of new functionality, enhanced enterprise data analysis/reporting, additional technology advances and operational support models is important to longer-term institutional success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Workday technical consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients and Accenture technical resources through the entire integration development lifecycle from requirements through release to production
- Assist clients in fully integrating the Workday system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices
- Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Configure the Workday system and develop integrations to meet each client’s unique business requirements
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Report progress to clients and project managers
- Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions
- Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
- Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology
- Provide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with documentation standards

Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years of Workday Integrations consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant or Lead role
- Workday Integration experience with Workday EIB, Studio, Core Connector, Cloud Connector
- Experience with application security
- Experience with data migration
- Experience and fluency in Web Services standards and technologies (XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)
- Experience with the full lifecycle of both implementations and new releases
- Ability to develop creative solutions
- Experience with Web Service or ESBs products (SnapLogic, Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, ect.)
LEADERSHIP/CONSULTING SKILLS:
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations
- Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
- Engage with all project stakeholders to build teamwork and develop trust and confidence
- Take initiative and be resourceful in building your knowledge and skill level
- Ability to recognize potential issues or software shortcomings then provide solutions to resolve those issues or software gaps?
- Produce quality deliverables that need little refinement or oversight
- Possess clear and effective communication skills
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $43,200 – $168,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
