Job Details: MORTGAGE LOAN CLOSING COORDINATOR

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The closing coordinator is responsible for facilitating the transition of a loan to closure. The closing coordinator works with clients and third party agencies to facilitate the successful close of a purchase, refinance, or home equity line of credit.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

* Works with closing agent to confirm final fees.
* Prepares the initial closing disclosure.
* Schedules loan closing with client and confirms final loan details.
* Informs non-service providers about City National Bank’s closing and funding process.
* Interact with multiple departments to resolve issues.
* Other duties as/or assigned by management.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Must-Have*

* H.S. Diploma
* Minimum 2 years of recent mortgage experience.
* Minimum 2 years of administrative/office clerk experience.

Skills and Knowledge
* Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to maintain high levels of performance, especially in stressful situations.
* Excellent written and verbal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Loan Origination systems.
