Job Description As a Legal Compliance New Associate , you will gain a deep understanding of the client processes and leverage expertise to properly action on requests.
You will perform duties with a client focused mindset regarding escalation workflows from client stakeholders.
Additionally, you will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.
Duties and Responsibilities Analyze requests for validity and urgency Accurately review and enter required data points, as defined by the client Identify and escalate emergency requests, as needed Clarify request information, issues, and inquiries Manage open and unresolved tasks under individual ownership Discover workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions to improve operation Location This role is currently virtual/remote for an undetermined time.
Once the client returns to the office, the incumbent will work at client premises in, Austin, TX .
Relocation assistance is not provided.
Hours & Shifts The role requires availability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Given the nature of our business being 24/7, 365 days a year, incumbents will need to bring a degree of flexibility, and remain open to working different hours, shifts/rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Training Individuals are provided paid training.
Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 6 months Customer Service Delivery experience in a professional setting Preferred Skills / Experience Bachelor’s Degree Experience in Legal or Law Enforcement environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience receiving work orders via ticketing system with quick turnaround times Professional Skills Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities Ability to remain neutral and review work as defined by policies and procedures and keeping personal bias aside As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
