Performance Objective: Provide leadership and day-to-day operational direction, training and oversight to the Program Management, Records Keeping, and Documentation & Compliance staffs and create a work environment conducive to staff recruitment, development and retention.

Duties & Responsibilities: Operational oversight, training and management of Program Management team.

Operational oversight of Records Keeping Department (includes Documentation & Compliance).

Program Management of jointly sponsored certified activities to include: Responsible for directing the developmental, documentation, and financial aspects of certified continuing education activities; Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures for adherence to the defined standards of governing regulatory bodies.

Related Skills & Knowledge: Possess strong interpersonal skills related to internal staff and external client interaction; strong communication skills to include both written and oral communication; working knowledge of the complex regulatory issues and operational guidelines of commercially supported continuing education for medical professionals.
