Certification(s) Preferred : Information Governance Professional (IGP), Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas: Identifying and optimizing process flows from a territory operational perspective; Understanding and modeling process and data flows in cross-solution landscapes; Navigating various functional networks to understand their automations as possible offerings for other territories in the network; Championing gathering of requirements and documenting them for design; Assessing automation possibilities and identifying areas of data quality improvement across various process steps; Utilizing data structures and their interrelated dependencies throughout a process; Automating processes and data via analytical and digital tools (e.g.
RPA, UIPath, SQL, visio, database design tools); Leading strategic projects across the landscape of our stakeholders and their interoperability of MDM data to provide value; Conducting needs and impact analysis on business data requests; Understanding and applying governance principles towards processes to ensure data quality and process alignment; Developing and executing testing materials to ensure automations are fit for purpose; and, Developing and deploying training materials for territory end users to ensure alignment with automation processes.
