Job Summary Strategists in our department know how to create impactful, integrated, and measurable strategic platforms.

They’re thought leaders who find the best approach to clearly present qualitative and quantitative data that drives innovation.

They uncover cultural insights that surface meaningful opportunities for brands which solve human problems as much as they solve business problems.

They create detailed, yet simple presentations that tell stories and provide recommendations that contribute to the strategic direction of client work.

The Strategist learns the standard of great work and how to make it happen.

This position interfaces with Creative, UX, Production and Account teams while moving forward with assigned projects and briefs on designated accounts.

The Strategist begins to interact directly with clients and take more ownership of the brief and research process.

Job Responsibilities Learn and understand the agency processes and how to move work through the organization Write compelling and insightful creative briefs, without much oversight Facilitate quantitative and qualitative research and analyze findings Own the brief and begin to own more of the strategic and creative process Actively participate in client deliverables, for both creation and presentation Build rapport with internal and external teams and develop basic client management and presentation skills Basic Qualifications 1 years of brand strategy or relatable experience in a creative agency setting or adjacent industry experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inarelated field, or equivalent training and/or experience Solid research skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work across multiple brands Incredibly organized with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize tasks and manage own workload Ability to work independently on a project or in a team environment What We Believe We have an unwavering commitment to diversity with the aim that every one of our people has a full sense of belonging within our organization.
