The Role The Business Risk and Control Lead (“BRCL”) Finance team is responsible for helping the Finance Business owners manage risk within Finance.

This Analyst role in Finance will focus on; Process & Controls Documentation, Process & Control Testing and supporting larger Finance Risk programs.

This role is also responsible for managing Finance-specific risk forums, and interfacing with the Business & Second Line of Defense (Risk Policy) to understand and apply risk frameworks and protocols.

Key Responsibilities Document Finance Process & Controls within a new system of record, including regular revalidation Document of Issues & Incident Management within System of Record Testing & documentation of testing results for Finance Process & Controls Support of enterprise wide Risk Management programs for finance potentially including but not limited to; risk identification, risk assessment, risk and control evaluation, management and resolution of issues and incidents, Annual Risk and Compliance Plan (“ARCP”) output, Business Continuity Plans Create and maintain risk and control inventories including: Processes, Testing Results, Risk Mitigations, Risks, and Controls Maintenance of Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) tool data for areas of responsibility Collaboration & coordination with internal Business partners Coordinate with testers, process and control owners and external auditors for the audit of the Company’s internal controls Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2-4 years of Audit, Risk, Compliance, Business, Regulatory, banking, Public Accounting, Big 4 or similar experience Experience in; process documentation, controls testing & design, managing risks, and/or compliance obligations Navigating within a three lines of defense model to address risk matters Track record of driving action to support business results Certifications are a big plus (CPA, CISA, CIA, PMP) Strong financial process acumen, accounting & technical skills are a plus Strong project management skills Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Possess the credibility and reputation to achieve effective working relationships with Finance Process owners Strong interpersonal skills, and customer service oriented attitude and mindset Ability to work globally and cross-functionally to lead change in a fast paced environment Team oriented individual and self-starter who excels at learning new processes and business functions Utilize a deep understanding of risk management methodologies, frameworks, and principles (e.g.

SOX, COBIT, NIST, CSA, ITIL, PCI, etc.) to evaluate and recommend best approach to mitigating risk with best in class controls.

Ability to multitask effortlessly and manage competing priorities under demanding deadlines.
