Position Summary Details The Valet is responsible to park and retrieve vehicles Responsibilities Approaches and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner Will drive customer vehicles as needed Uses respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relays information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary Is quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service Follows all company procedures and complies with all safety regulations including traffic laws, facility policies, and any pedestrian regulations Completes lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work area in and around the cashier’s booth Answers telephone in a prompt and courteous manner, when required Immediately reports any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead Communicates professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates Qualifications One year of similar experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a valid driver license Must be able to drive a Manual transmission Must meet all requirements to receive required badges and seals (if applicable), including successful completion of a background check, MVR, and drug test 2 AVAILABLE SHIFTS – 8am to 1pm and 3pm to 8pm Payrate: $16.10 an hour NOTE: The Company may require that the successful candidate hired for this position be fully-vaccinated for COVID-19, if and to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Company will make exceptions for medical, sincerely held religious belief, or other legally required exceptions.
