The Underwriting Services Operations Analyst utilizes customer service skills, established processes, and various software applications to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met.
The Underwriting Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing key pieces of information and determining the appropriate course of action.
This position will collaborate with underwriters, corporate resources, and offshore teams to ensure we meet both internal and external commitments.
