During this program, you will work closely with cross-functional teams within the Supply Chain organization to develop your professional career.

You will participate in projects, initiatives and/or any activity within the manufacturing industry and provide support to the team and seek resources outside the organization as needed.

Measure and analyze current systems/process performance.

Participate in Data Analytics Improvement Projects within the supply chain organization.

Improve operational efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Identify and implement new process across departments/functions.

Support to maintain detailed project plan and/or issue log, follow-up activities and process performance.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Other functions may be assigned to support business needs.

The professional individual we seek is a passionate contributor with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelors Degree program on Information Systems or Industrial Engineering from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA.

Pursuing or completed 3 years of study of the Bachelors Degree program.

Be enrolled in a Bachelors degree program following the potential internship or co-op assignment.

Be involved in extracurricular activities.

Preferred Qualifications Availability to complete the program for up to 1 year.

Bilingual (English / Spanish).

Teamwork oriented, negotiation, basic project management skills, ensuring completion and follow up.

Proficiency in Share Point, Microsoft Word and Excel software and technical writing skills.

Basic knowledge in Programs such as Tableau or SQL.
