Duties & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of standard security and safety procedures
- Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Observe and Report
- Foot Patrols of the site perimeters
- Monitor and Access control of all building entrances, and vehicle entrances
- Watch Alarm Systems and Surveillance watch
Skills And Abilities:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, years of experience
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Display great customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform under circumstances
- Must be able to work flexible schedule (evenings and weekends required)
- Must be able to sit and or stand for long periods
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, with or without reasonable accommodation, including meeting qualitative and quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Los Angeles, CA 90036: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
