Prepares patients, processes images and assists Physicians as needed.
Responsibilities: Ultrasound Technologist / Ultrasound Tech / Ultrasound The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for:Perform ultrasonic diagnostics procedures as directed by physicians.Explain procedures to assure cooperation and optimum test results.Select appropriate transducer.Conduct scanning procedures using ultrasound equipment.Make hard copy images.Document tests.Maintain ultrasound equipment.Order and stock all ultrasound supplies.Prepare patients for physician and assists during examination.
Qualifications: Ultrasound Technologist / Ultrasound Tech / Ultrasound Ultrasound Technologist are required to have the followingRDMS CertifiedMinimum of 1 (one) year practical experience.Successful completion of a formal (Accredited) educational /training program for Radiology and or Medical Imaging.CPR Certification requiredThe COVID-19 vaccination is/may be a condition of employment.
