We have an ongoing need for new team members because of our fast growth.The Golf Fitness Coach coordinates general business activities and the needs of UGP’s clients through courteous, professional conduct including the use of well-planned golf programming, effective sessions and fitness assessments.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:* Conducting exploratory and in-depth interviews on a client’s history, motivation, and goals* Developing and executing a relevant unique development program, based on the assessment results* The Golf Fitness Coach is responsible for collaborating with the other Fitness and Golf coaches to best serve the clients golf and personal development before, during, and after coaching sessions* Creating a 5-star customer experience by going above and beyond for each client and anticipating their needs* Facilitating a Development Plan to improve overall health, golf ability, physical fitness, and mobility* Report to Fitness Manager weekly for performance updates* Confidently give a high-quality tour at any time, and demonstrate the ability to close the sale* Completing necessary administrative duties to follow-up with clients, communicate with team members, and develop fitness plans* Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at all times while showing commitment to the UGP mission, vision, and core values* Answering phones, timely booking of appointments, and managing personal schedule on MINDBODY *Experience and Qualifications Required* Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University* 1-2 years of related experience* Strong oral and written communication skills* Positive, enthusiastic personalityPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
