Role ResponsibilitiesProvide expert management and coordination of all technology-related release activities for the ECMS platform and related projects.Lead the Release Management (RM) function by instituting and demonstrating industry best practices for release, configuration and implementation management.Ensure the integrity of releases and of pre-release configurationEstablish Release Management procedures, processes, metrics, and ” Standards”.Interface with and manage multiple internal and external teams’ configuration needs during release pipeline activities.Be CM/Release POC interfacing with Cross Functional teams and customer’s CM function for testing and release.Participate in Release Management processes definitionEnsure Release Management documentation set is maintained.Ensure projects maintain configuration control of software and hardware baselines and modifications.Perform configuration audits; track, monitor and resolve discrepancy reports.Ensure development groups create, build and release delivery packages for testing and release purposes as per defined procedures and standards.Ensure Intellectual Property and documentation for deliveries are created and stored in an auditable manner, within the CMDB.Act as primary liaison between functional groups for configuration and release management processConduct regular implementation readiness reviews to validate release packages being fit for purpose.Experience & Skills RequiredExcellent skills in structuring and organizing large amount of documentationExperience with multiple Release Management tools.Experience with requirement management toolsUnderstanding of Agile methodology Bonus Points (optional section)Automotive experienceFunctional safety process ISO 26262TuSimple Benefits100% employer-paid healthcare premiums for you and your familyWork visa sponsorship availableRelocation assistance availableBreakfast, lunch, and dinner served every dayFull kitchens on every floor with unlimited snacks, drinks, special treats, fruits, meals, and moreStock options / equityGym membership reimbursementMonthly team building budgetLearning/education budgetEmployer-paid life insuranceEmployer-paid long and short disabilityTuSimple is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
