With a foundation in computer vision, algorithms, mapping, and Artificial Intelligence, TuSimple has created the first commercially viable Autonomous Freight Network.Opportunity OverviewTuSimple’s Stock Administration Analyst plays a key role with the daily administration of our global equity program, working cross-functionally to ensure superior internal client service and the timely and accurate processing of all equity transactions.

In this role, the Stock Administration Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our equity records and data within our stock administration systems, conducts monthly reconciliations, assists with internal and external reporting and audits, and administers the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).Role ResponsibilitiesAdministers equity plans, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, in accordance with policy, and recorded in a timely manner.Processes daily equity transactions, including: awards, grants, exercise, releases, and required reporting, within the third-party recordkeeping system.

Partners with the Controllership teams to ensure accurate taxation, record option exercises, and RSU releases.Partners cross-functionally (e.G.

Legal, Human Resources, Recruitment, other Finance teams, etc.) to ensure clear, thorough, and consistent understanding of processes, communications, regulatory requirements, any updates or changes, etc.

Ensures new grants, cancellations, termination, etc.

are processed in alignment with policy and procedure, including online tracking, grant and acceptance, expiration and vesting of stock awards.

.Partners with third-party administrators and vendors/consultants to ensure all transactions are settled in a timely manner, and to conduct the monthly share reconciliation.Maintains database integrity, ensuring employee data and equity record accuracy within stock administration systems.Provides excellent internal customer service to employees, responding to all equity related questions via ticketing system, Slack, emails, etc.

Coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any issues.

Actively maintains the Stock Administration page, updating FAQs regularly, and providing clear and timely information for our employees.Assists with internal and external reporting, including: leadership reports, 10Q, 10-K, Proxy statements support.

Provides reports from the stock administration system and assists with information gathering.Administers and executes the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).Experience & Skills RequiredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related field is required.
