Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening for a trusts and estate planning associate in our Los Angeles office.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience with estate planning and estate administration, including probate administration and drafting sophisticated estate planning documents.
The candidate should have experience in probates, including filings and court appearances, trust cases in probate court, trust administration, and a background in estate tax/gift tax.
A strong academic record and excellent writing skills are required.
An LLM in Taxation would be preferred but not required.
Large law firm experience is preferred.
Must be admitted to practice in the State of California.
