Presidio LLP seeks an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join an innovative law firm located in Pasadena, California
– home of the Rose Parade.
Our practice, established over 50 years ago, advises High Net Worth families, closely held businesses and charities on tax, estate planning and business succession matters.

Essential Responsibilities:
Review client estate planning documents for post-death administration of estates and trusts Prepare court pleadings to open and close probate estates Prepare trust and will summaries, inventories, accountings and spreadsheets Assist executor/trustee with the collection, valuation and distribution of assets Prepare federal estate tax returns and gift tax returns Assist in funding of trusts Perform legal research, prepare client memos and correspondence Actively participate in Firm’s daily project management meetings to proactively manage work in progress and enhance teamwork Ability to manage a case in a team focused environment Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and HotDocs Train and develop Junior Paralegals
Experience:
Two or Four Year College degree and Paralegal Certificate with a minimum of ten years of relevant work experience in Trusts and Estates
