The candidate will be developing strategies for investigations.
Will be conducting pretrial discovery and motions practice.
Developing testimonial and documentary evidence for trial.
Identifying relevant legal issues in cases and investigations.
Preparing and presenting cases for prosecution.
Conducting every aspect of trial preparation and trial presentation.
Should preferably have first-chair prosecution or defense experience.
Must preferably have federal criminal or civil litigation experience.
Should preferably have substantial knowledge of federal constitutional law.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
The candidate must have excellent writing and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside of the box and work well under pressure and deadlines.
