Job Description Treatment Coordinator Two Front Pay: $20-$26 per hour 1% of all starts (see 5-8 patients/day) Shift: 8 hours Job type: Full-time, traveling to local dental offices About Two Front ​​ Two Front is rebuilding the $925B orthodontics market by Uberizing the orthodontic industry — we’re building a platform for orthodontists to build patient-centric and modern orthodontic practices from local dental offices. Dentists leverage this same platform to seamlessly offer their patients expert-driven care with a Tesla-like experience that enables the best outcomes for patients, orthodontists, and dentists. Our marketplace empowers orthodontists to seamlessly partner with 10 local dental offices and make over $1M/year without taking on additional debt. PROBLEM: One in two people in the United States is looking to improve their lives and smile more by straightening their teeth. Overwhelmed with options, potential patients must navigate the risk and reward of mail-order aligners that are proven to cause patients harm, dentist-directed aligners who take a one-day course to deliver aligner treatment themselves, or traditional orthodontist-led care which is notoriously expensive. Meanwhile, new orthodontists graduate with $1MM in student loans and take jobs at several practices to fill their schedule and operate inefficiently with several different medical record systems, teams of staff members, and contracts, and with no opportunity to build their business and brand. Responsibilities: Primary responsibility: convert consultations into Invisalign patients Taking 3D scans using Itero Scanner, take patient photos using Invisalign application Explain Invisalign clear aligners Present Invisalign treatment plan to patient Take patient payments Follow up with patients to close sales (we use Hubspot) Report to the Partner Success Manager on how to improve patient experience and conversions You are: Great communication skills Positive attitude and outgoing personality ⚡️Sales experience Team player Very organized with excellent time-management and project management skills ​​ A burning desire to win and reach overall company goals Flexibility – we are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected What you need to bring: Autonomous: You see problems and attack them head on without asking for permission.
