Transactional Associate Attorney

Armstrong Teasdale is seeking a Transactional Attorney with 4 years of experience in commercial transactions, real estate, and franchise law to join its practice in Miami.

Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

The candidate will draft transactional documents, including but not limited to purchase and sale documents, franchise disclosure documents, franchise regulatory filings, commercial real estate and lending documents, leases, and other transactional agreements.

Will gain sophisticated hands-on experience in a thriving franchising, business, real estate, and finance practice with significant client contact and potential for career advancement.

Academically distinguished applicants with excellent writing and analytical skills are sought to assume responsibility in this active and diverse business transactional practice.
