Transaction Advisory Senior

nA reputable practice is in search of a Transaction Advisory Senior to join their dynamic award-winning team.

This individual will improve their skillset and career trajectory while advising companies across numerous industries through their transaction process.n n n Responsibilities Participate in core financial due diligence buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements with corporate entities, investment bankers, private equity firms and strategic corporate buyers Synthesize and analyze client data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings adjustments and working capital considerations Participate in meetings and conference calls with buyer/seller company management and company advisors (attorney, investment banker, wealth advisors, etc) Manage client projects, workloads and deliverables across numerous engagements, communicating priority items and status internally and externally Conduct audit style testing procedures around key accounting concepts Assist in preparation of client deliverables (i.e.

buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assistance reports and data books) Ability to work on multiple projects, balancing workloads and priorities, and ensuring close communication internally and externally Interact with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit and other consulting practices as needed n n n Qualifications A minimum of 2+ years of audit experience at a top accounting firm.

Of which, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a financial due diligence or a similar transaction advisory type role Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance and/or related fields CPA (or equivalent) preferred High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including experience working with and reconciling trial balances, experience aggregating and distilling large data sets in Excel, and experience with pivot tables, lookup formulas, index/match formulas, etc.

Ability to write Macros is a big plus n
