Responsible for facilitating a variety of performance-based learning events that may include, but are not limited to general associate, management, clinical, technical and operations training specific to the crisis line product. Training focuses on our internal systems, clinical processes and assessment, as well as deescalating crisis callers. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: + Facilitates learning events that are performance-based in nature. + Delivers synchronous and asynchronous learning events using varied media in virtual and global environments. + Employs rapid course development methodologies to quickly meet client needs. + Exercises classroom management including learner performance and escalates issues to Learning & Development and client leadership when necessary. + Measures, tracks, and evaluates learner and client satisfaction. + Thinks and acts globally and is aware of learning and cultural differences both domestically and globally that drive learner effectiveness. + Keeps technical skills updated and is an SME on our internal CareConnect system. + Collaborates closely with management, quality, and other training teams. **This position is 100% remote** **Candidate selected can reside anywhere in the U.S.** **Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am 5 pm w/flexibily to work on the weekend and an occaisional evening shift** Qualifications Minimum Qualifications + Requires BA/BS in related field and a minimum of 3 years training experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. + Four years of clinical or sales experience and certification/license in the appropriate field required. Preferences: + Masters degree in a mental health field STRONGLY PREFERRED. + Licensed with a mental health license such as LPC, LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW etc. + Experience in training, education, or supervising others. + Has experience working in a crisis line or with individuals in crisis.
