Training Administrator

Job Title: Training AdministratorFTE: 0.5 Position Overview: The Training Administrator is responsible for supporting the administrative, technical and communications functions of Maternal Mental Health NOW’s Training & Technical Assistance Program, which builds the capacity of medical, mental health and social service providers in Los Angeles County and beyond to screen, refer and treat perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through in-person, live virtual and self-paced online trainings, consultation groups and conferences.

Reporting: The Training Administrator reports to Maternal Mental Health NOW’s Clinical Director and works closely with the Clinical Training Specialist and Communications & Events Coordinator.

Essential Job Requirements: * Oversee scheduling of all in-person and online trainings, including securing a venue, issuing speaker invitations, organizing dress rehearsals, etc.* Manage registration process for trainings;* Prepare, distribute, collect and organize evaluation surveys at all trainings;* Enter evaluation data into SurveyMonkey and organize collected data for analysis;* Award certificates of completion and/or CE (continuing education units) certificates for all trainings;* Provide technical support and troubleshooting at in-person and online trainings;* Manage the administrative functions of Maternal Mental Health NOW’s online training program including user registration, reporting and troubleshooting;* Organize and review content of new courses hosted on Maternal Mental Health NOW’s online training program;* Prepare annual report to the American Psychological Association for CEs awarded, including organization of event agendas, speaker biographies, marketing materials, evaluations, etc.

* Assist in the preparation of the biannual CE application to the American Psychological Association; * Conceptualize and implement policies and system for awarding CEs for trainings organized by third parties;* Assist with marketing of in-person and online training offerings, consultation groups, webinars and materials, etc.;* Assist in the successful implementation of training-related grant and contract deliverables;* Assist in the scheduling and communication related to other training-related events including Training Committee meetings, webinars, etc.* Attend weekly staff meetings and other meetings as assigned;* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree* Minimum 2 years project management experience* Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Bilingual/Spanish preferred.* Ability to use a variety of desktop computer applications including Windows, Browser,* Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint formats* Ability to use a variety of online meeting and training platforms including Zoom, GoToWebinar, Whova, SurveyMonkey, etc.

However, once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, we will return to weekly in-person meetings.
