We are in the process of starting a new Fintech company in New York; our business model involves utilizing AI to provide data, market news, quote, trading, investment tools and social platforms to our users.
We would empower our users, offer them lower trading commissions, and help them lower the investment barrier and make more efficient investment decisions.
Not only would we provide all-in-one financial services to our individual users, but we would also collaborate with a number of asset management companies, and help researchers and analysts conduct stock analysis, make semi-auto research reports, and make use of robo-trading.
We would not only serve US customers, but also provide services internationally to help both domestic and international clients achieve diversified asset allocation.
Our mission is to build a futuristic AI investment tool to help non-professional investors reduce time and money cost, improve their ability to make profit and control risk levels.
Responsibilities
• Effectively resolve client inquiries via multiple communication channels (email, phone, chat, etc.)
• Review customer new account paperwork and escalate issues to senior staff
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and multi-task
• Open to helping out with clerical duties such as mailing, ordering supplies and other duties Qualifications
• BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field required
• Previous New Accounts and Broker-Dealer customer support experience required
• Previous experience with using a ticketing system as well as a CRM
• Must have attention to detail and ability to multi-tasking
• Solid understanding/knowledge of financial instruments (i.e.
equities, options)
• Strong Client Relationship experience Requirements
• Finra Series 7 License
• Full understanding of margin and analysis
• Strong working of knowledge of trade life cycle
• New Account opening and CIP experience
• AML analysis and surveillance experience
• Minimum 3 years finance operations industry
