The Title and License Specialist is responsible for completing all our processes in the title, registration, shipping and receiving, estimates, strategic support, moves, projects, online title processing, and customer service.

Work transactions can vary by client, state, county, and jurisdiction.

There is a high level of interaction with multiple stakeholders in various functions and roles, including external clients, critical to client satisfaction.

Identify and manage each document and proceed with processing.Prepare and submit vehicle paperwork to DMVsSuccessfully use our TransTitle program and complete the transaction with all pertinent informationAccurately perform data entry within the related data fieldsEvaluate information for accuracyAbility to run and analyze reports and initiate action dailyRespond in a courteous, professional, and timely manner to all customersEstablish and maintain interpersonal relationships with co-workers and customersAssist team members when individual work is completeOrganize, plan, and prioritize workflowAdditional duties as assignedHandle incoming title issues via email and phone callsAssisting and researching with clients and DMVs on ways to troubleshoot specific transactionsACERTUS is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
