Job Description
PackM is seeking a content creator to help gain exposure for our brand on TikTok and Instagram.
This hire will be in charge of creating best-in-class and unique short form video content for our Social Media Accounts.
Candidates should have strong creative and video skills, as well as a knowledge of the social media and influencer space.
Candidates should be on the pulse of what’s next and trends within social and digital, and have a genuine passion for TikTok.
Candidates should be familiar with the small business community.
*Job Responsibilities
Support the Marketing team in developing a TikTok social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
Create daily content for the newly launched PackM TikTok and Instagram accounts
Create content around the topic of small business tips and packaging design
Engage with followers and monitor conversations from the brand’s voice.
Identify and communicate with up-and-coming influencers and creators
Keep your pulse on the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how we can show up on these platforms.
Work together with the Marketing team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creative for optimizing posts.
Participate in brainstorms and content ideation
Be self-sufficient with producing your own content

*Qualifications
Significant experience as a TikTok creator, with knowledge of what performs well on the platform and what doesn’t
History of creating content that performed well and drove attention whether for yourself or a partner
Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box.
Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable
Proactive go-getter and effective communicator.
