Ticket Scanners: Ticket Scanners will be in charge of making sure each guest that enters the venue has an authentic ticket and it is scanned properly.
This is very important as it is how we know our guest number inside the venue each night.
It is also one of the first faces our guests/fans greet before attending.
You will be trained to use both a TIXR and Eventbrite scanner, as well as answer general questions for guests.
Box Office/Coat check: Box office and coat check are in charge of collecting payments for tickets, refunds, handing out vip wristbands for vip guests, and understanding our ticket tiers/pricing.
This position requires diligent work ethic and critical thinking ahead as well as impeccable guest relations.
Guest List: Our Guest List rep will be out front at the main entrance and will need to be prolific in checking in our guest list/artist list/vip guests in line.
This will involve knowledge of our guest list tablet, checking ID’s and vaccinations, and great customer service skills.
Runner: This is for our VIP Table service department.
We are looking for someone who can provide our guests with exceptional upscale service and walk them to their bottle service table.
As the first face our clients see, its imperative they are dressed professionally, bring positive energy, and confidence.
For each of these positions weekend availability is required from 9pm until 2am.
