Threat Specialist – 37476

Process media and malware cases submitted by DC3 partner agencies.

Manage the workflow, workflow statistics, and provide input to briefings for the DC3 leadership on workflow performance.

Provide editing and collaborate with DC3 writers and analysts.

Oversee and directly manage all emerging analytic tools, processes or otherwise for CE/CI of operations.

Collaborate with all OE personnel as appropriate to best validate and maintain high QA and dissemination of published products, storage and updating products including any knowledge management system.

Provide any formal or ad-hoc program/project management assistance in close collaboration with the Senior Threat Specialist (SME) to address any emerging stakeholder needs.

Analyze and recommend process improvements for managing RFI processing, tracking incoming RFIs, and manage operations’ lifecycles including RFI responses.

Provide assistance and input to develop and improve a weekly activity report, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual production metrics for DC3 leadership and stakeholders to meet evolving mission needs and requirements.

Assist in managing of existing and future recommended improvements and updates to the cyber training program.

Other Duties/Responsibilities: Management Analyst
– Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Includes program analysts and management consultants.

Minimum Years’ Experience: 8-15 Years; 6 years with Master’s; 4 years with PhD Education Requirements: BS/BA.

(4 years’ experience in lieu of degree is acceptable; AS/AA and 2 years’ experience in lieu of degree is acceptable) Security Clearance: Top Secret/Sensitive Comp Info Telework
