Third Party Marketplace Assistant

You will be joining a radically changing organization and will be highly instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the Third Party Marketplace team here at Versa Products.

We are primarily a metal fabricating facility, that will produce several hundred finished products per day. Our manufacturing floor is 75,000 sq ft with some of latest technology in laser cutting and bending.

Responsibilities:

• Generating and updating listing content (Products, Content, Promotions)
• Monitoring key performance indicators to develop plans to improve sales metrics
• Compiling and organizing necessary data to support business functions and specific project initiatives
• SEO (search engine optimization), social promotion, advertising, competitor benchmarking, price adjustments, etc.
• Resolving and identifying critical business issues such as listing errors, product defects, miscommunications, etc.
• Manage existing customer relationships (e.g. online user communities) and their overall satisfaction in online community
• Identifying and tracking new marketing platforms, advertising mediums, and partnership opportunities
• Create imagery using standard guidelines for Third Party accounts
• Manage UPC

Qualifications:

• One year experience in e-Commerce sales
• Selling experience of e-Commerce Marketplaces platform preferred
• Experience with managing B2B and B2C business preferred
• Detail oriented and organized
• Excellent time management skills
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Google Drive is a plus.
