Our customer segment is typically more than $1B atleast customers Who has fairly hands on experience in driving eCommerce/ Merchandizing strategy May have been at Director/VP levels in previous organization or been with consulting company focused on Retail Responsibility As an omniChannel Specialist, you will create and implement strategies that enable Retailers to grow their Omnichannel business Requirements Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business, overall 15+ years of experience predominantly in Retail environment Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce operations, websites/portals.
Subject matter expertise in Product categories preferably in Fashion or Groceries or Home Improvement Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, inventory management, consumer research, industry trends, customer service and usability best practices.
Knowledge of various digital platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct customer journey modeling, digital sales or website conversions.
Familiarity with Site Merchandizing and Digital Marketing Prior consulting experience, design thinking workshops experience will be added weightage Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
