Temp to Perm Executive Assistant

Our client, a leading internet and media company, is seeking a Temp to Perm Executive Assistant to support one of their corporate departments.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, extremely organized, able to solve problems quickly, and have a willingness to go the extra mile to get things done.

Duties include providing administrative support to multiple executives, managing heavy calendars and meeting requests, coordinating travel accommodations and itineraries, liaising with internal and external offices, and maintaining a cloud-based system that tracks group efforts (CRM).

BA/BS required with at least 3 years of experience in similar role.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Hours are 9am
– 6pm with some flexibility for overtime and weekend coverage, hybrid model available dependent on department needs.
