Description: Provides oversight of the suppliers or internally sourced partners that provide services to the Digital Workplace organization ensuring optimal value from the contractual terms or internal agreements via effective management of economics and performance measurements.

The candidate will ensure that the vendors adhere to AXP policies, procedures, and aligned agreements.

In addition, the candidate will support Resource Managers to remain compliant with AXP resource policies and adhere to vendor agreements.

Requirements: (Essential outcomes) Provides needed analytical support for business/supplier issue dispute resolution, invoice reconciliation and compliance issues.

Provides guidance and consultation on Portfolio & Business Management processes and associated system usage.

Supports contractor resource onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure resource hours are tracked for accurate reporting, billing and payments against contract and purchase order (PO) requirements.

Documents business-related needs, and operational procedures to increase work efficiency.

Qualifications: (Required skills) Critical Thinking/Problem solving
– strong data, financial analytics & modelling skills Planning & organizing Excellent oral and written communication skills Teamwork and collaboration Self-starter who can function effectively within a diverse and globally-dispersed team Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Database experience and programming skills an advantage.

Strong soft skills A plus or Preferred: Associates Degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Proven ability to drive analytical decision-making, identifying trends and developing key insights.

Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities based on customer needs Ability to effectively plan and coordinate to accomplish project deliverables Shown ability to handle multiple contending priorities, including planning, management, and execution of responsibilities.
