TECHNOLOGY LIFECYCLE REPORTING ANALYSTWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?This position is part of CNB’s Tech Lifecycle Program and is responsible for analysis and reporting of tech end of life assets and applications.
This role will ensure that all end of life risk attributes are populated accurately on the tech asset records, and compile data completeness reports for immediate resolution.
The Tech Lifecycle Program supports the workflow for timely identification and remediation of assets that are at or nearing end of life.Technology & Innovation DivisionAs a member of City National’s Technology & Innovation group, you will drive, develop, and maintain solutions for clients and colleagues.

Analyze and develop trending reports in ServiceNow and other tools to outline regular discovery of end of life assets and categorize by end of life risk rating.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants and developers to develop and design deployment plans for for obsolete dates and end of support timelines.
Monitor and resolve any integration issues with Flexera and other tools that provide asset data for ServiceNow integration.
Follow up on resolution for both internal and external Incident Tickets.
Develop and validate that End of Life score cards are generated timely to ensure Data Correctness.
Build dashboard reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and upload to Tableau.
Assist Technical Owners and stakeholders in updating and maintaining accurate asset records with complete and current end of life data, relationships and dependencies between the assets and confirm ownership.
Ensure that the subscription tools that are being used to provide obsolete dates are patched and upgraded to the latest versions and ensure compliance.
Develop and validate reports of Tech Lifecycle workflow processes for E-waste and decommissioning tasks.
Design and develop QA validation checklists as an established control, with the remediation team and generate audit log reporting from system logs.
Support the Tech Life Governance program by providing monthly metrics by asset class for the Governance and regulatory reporting.
Generate and maintain the Golden copy inventory of all the asset categories and ensure upstream systems are up to date.
Provide Project support for TLM remediation projects to ensure the Projects tool is in sync with EOL data in ServiceNow.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDMust-Have* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum 5 years of IT experience Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow system experience Minimum 2 years financial services & banking industry experience Skills and Knowledge Solid working knowledge of virtualization, storage, and networking technologies and concepts Proficiency in developing Lifecycle reporting using Flexera or other subscription tools for network, hardware, cloud and software assets Experience in project coordination with Technical and Application owners for Asset lifecycle events Service Now design & report development using Performance Analytics is a definite plus In-depth Excel knowledge and experience with data analytics Experience in Service Architect disciplines Ability to create and present PowerPoint presentations Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and documenting stories Experienced in design, implementation and documentation of the CMDB Extensive experience in the design, implementation and documentation of Workflows Ability to write clear and concise communications Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others Customer focus, partnership and collaboration Tactical thinking, information seeking and results oriented Ability to learn and support Tableau dashboards *To be considered for this position you must meet at least these basic qualificationsThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
