The CAD analyst will provide technical support for all CAD Systems in both 2D and 3D disciplines including ongoing systems development and upgrades.

An understanding of CAD integration with embedded applications will be beneficial.

The ability to troubleshoot and resolve non-routine problems and create written documentation would be required.

You will play a key role in training setup and be involved in application evaluation and testing for future upgrades.(br(This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different Software’s.

This position may require occasional travel in the US.(br(Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical / computer science/ information systems management or related field required.(br(Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in Engineering/ IT functions including technical support in a global work environment with multiple applications.(br(Administers, maintains, and evaluates CAD/CAE and Other Engineering design applications and related system management and maintenance.(br(Troubleshoots and resolves system problems.

Works proactively to identify potential issues and recommends/implements preventative solutions.(br(Resolve engineering application issues/requests, ensure SLA adherence, and improve user experience and satisfaction.(br(Identifies and analyzes system and user needs, as well as equipment requirements.

Writes system and user documentation, including policies and procedures.(br(Develops and delivers user training and presentations on new systems and upgrades.(br(Works directly with CAD‐related vendors and with other Technical Services personnel to coordinate major technical issues, Projects, communicate expectations and coordinate deliverables and services.(br(Coordinates and/or performs software and operating system maintenance on CAD workstations and servers.(br(Adheres to global IT standards, policies and procedures and coordinate related activities with global IT teams.(br(Develop effective working relationships with internal and external business partners.(br(The assignment is result oriented with excellent growth prospects.(br(Only U.S.

citizens(br((br(Preferred Qualifications:(br(At least 5 years Hands on experience in Creo Parametric and Windchill PLM system is Mandatory.(br(Strong Expertise in maintaining CAD/CAE software – PTC, NX, Mentor Graphics, ANSYS, or any other CAD/CAE application.(br(Excellent working knowledge of Windows Server, Visual Studio, and Microsoft Office(br(Experience in CAD vaulting and Windchill Integration (Autodesk vault)(br(Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, including hardware, software, and basic networking.(br(A good understand of, and experience with, ModeCHECK customization, CAD Model design basics.(br(Working knowledge of engineering drawing, geometric dimensioning and tolerances, and mechanical design using Creo Parametric(br(Apply critical thinking and collaborative approaches to improving services and solving technical challenges.(br(Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills in order to relate well with a diverse group of end users, including co‐workers, vendors.(br(Outstanding written communication skills using both technical and non‐technical terminology.(br(Ability to effectively document processes.(br(Ability to set priorities and manage own workload, manage multiple tasks simultaneously(br(Pro/Toolkit Development experience is an added advantage(br(Experience managing team size of 3-5 would be a plus(br(Excellent verbal and written communication skills(br(Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment(br((br(The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
