Technical Writer

Title: Technical Writer Location: Remote Duration: 3 month(s) Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years’ experience working as a Technical Writer or in related job role.

· Experience writing technical documentation for API’s, cloud solutions, or software-as-a-service offerings.

· Experience creating content for websites and/or content portals and publishing content.

· Understanding of information technology and information security concepts.

· Excellent writing and proofreading skills.

· Strong ability to analyze, synthesize complex content, and own end-to-end document creation.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with different SME’s to gather required information.

· Self-starter with a positive attitude to tackle challenges.

· Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with ability to prioritize.

· Experience working with agile/scrum software development teams.

· Experience creating infographics such as diagrams, screenshots, workflows, graphs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and the lifecycle of documentation from pre-release through on-going maintenance.

· Familiarity with documenting REST API’s and creating release notes.

· Experience working within a customer success role for a digital B2B product.
