RESPONSIBILITIES:
Test, troubleshoot, and repair fixtures, consoles, and hazers as assigned by senior technician.
Prep new equipment to be sold as per company guidelines.
Provide product customer support.
Prepare and keep records pertaining to labor, equipment, and materials used in assigned projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills. Able to express thoughts and ideas
clearly, concisely, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Proficient in the use of diagnostic and repair tools such as a multimeter.
Basic understanding of electricity.
Ability to read and understand technical documents.
MS Office Suite proficiency. (Excel, and Word)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in the use, and maintenance of moving lights,
consoles, hazers.
A desire to be a part of the entertainment industry.
A passion for helping people.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
