Summary:
The Technical Lead will be a senior technical voice within this new venture, reporting into the Technical Director and responsible for the technical aspects implementation of our NFT solutions for specific clients.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for technical decisions within a client portfolio and for their successful execution
Lead by example, exemplifying excellent engineering standards and processes and helping others in the engineering team to meet that bar
Understand technical issues specific to particular client implementations and come up with innovative solutions
Lead, coach and mentor software engineers on the team while also making a significant personal contribution
Recruit and retain great people to the team and company
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Experience building on Ethereum most welcome, but a strong interest coupled with deep technical expertise would suffice
Experience implementing customer-facing platforms with exceptional user experiences at scale
Experience leading technical teams or as a senior engineer
Track record of delivery
Exceptional communication skills including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to Client audiences
Prior experience working in news technology or media a plus, but not necessary
